PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT

Author: mindbodyspirit967

As an early empty nester I have found many things to regret about the past. Over the past several years I discovered the futility in regret and guilt and decided to spend what little energy I have on more positive pursuits. What a ride I am on...discovering the positive in all things. Not a Pollyanna positive, but a deep trench digging at times positive that has made an amazing difference in my everyday life. Currently I am retired, having spent my younger years in various positions from medical receptionist to victim service case manager to Life Coach to writer. In retrospect I find a common theme riding through my journey...that of Service. Whether a mother of 3 sons, a wife, an employee, or self-employed my concern has always focused on how I can make someone else's life a bit easier.
